Book Summary:

We are incredibly excited about the new book and what it will do to help people get along. Amazing that these days it’s become fashionable to disagree—and not in a whisper—people use megaphones! We have to overcome this tendency. With enhanced communication and persuasion skills—we can do it—eliminate conflict!

Communication and Persuasion:

Here are articles offering insight into talking with people—even ways to read people’s minds, just like I explain in my book, How to NOT Lose Friends and Fight with Other People. Love to see your comments there. If you have ideas for future writings, please let me know. You can either use the “Comment” box or contact me with your idea. I really appreciate you sharing your thoughts!

Someone Told Me:

Here are things I hear and see that amaze me. I hear people talk about their views of our world today. Their ideas range from the odd to the bizarre to the absurd. Do these ideas have the same impact on you—what do you think?

I began perfecting persuasion skills decades ago. I transformed from a professional musician to an accomplished salesperson. I’ve had managers who purchased sales and motivation books for their entire sales force. Most of my fellow salespeople would read these books begrudgingly—just to show their manager they were following orders. I wanted to create something not only salespeople, but anyone who serves customers and other people would have fun reading, and would find loads of benefits in filling their own communication and persuasion toolbox with easy to duplicate methods to move people to their way of thinking.
